Custom Rights

1.    Usually if you use express courier like UPS, DHL EMS, samll parcel express, etc, they can do custom for you in your country, but you just need to supply information according to their request, and perhaps you need to pay taxes(VAT) and other cost. of course we will cut down the value to custom to cut down your duty cost. you need to contact express courier in your country to check details. we will do custom in China, but customers should be responsible for doing custom on their countries. .

2.     The price of the products sold is in USD and it doesn't include taxes (VAT).

3.     Customers are reqeusted to keep close track on their packages. If packages are delayed, you will need to contact the designated courier and inform us in order to ascertain the reason of the delay.

4.     We will not be responsible if the package is shipped back to us, damaged or confiscated due to problems with custom clearance in your country. Therefore, please check with your country's custom for their specific custom laws.

5.    We will not be responsible for damaged packages or those shipped back to us in the event that the designated courier service fail after several attempts to deliver your package(s) due to your absence to collect the package(s) from the given destination address.

6.     It is clear however, that we will do our best to help you in getting your product out of customs if additional proof of sale or of value is needed.
